QuickBooks Invoice Reports | |
Customer Packing Slip Report | The Customer Packing
Slip Report allows a customer packing slip to be printed from
CoffeeRoaster. This report is dependent on accurate data in
CoffeeRoaster from QuickBooks. If your orders are not changed
during the production process then the data that the report requires
will be up to date and the report will be accurate. If you modify
items in QuickBooks that are on the report, then you must import Coffees
in CoffeeRoaster to update CoffeeRoaster on changes. If a customer
changes their mind on a line item it is important to leave that line
item on the QuickBooks invoice by changing its quantity value to 0
rather than by deleting the line. If you delete the line,
CoffeeRoaster will not be aware of the change. The Report will
include Coffees and other line items on the QuickBooks invoice. Begin by selecting a value from the 'Select Report Type' or enter a Beginning Date and Ending Date for the report. The list of Invoices will be filtered by date range. Then select the items that you want to be printed. You can make multiple selections by holding down the Ctl key while making selections. When finished, click on the Print Packing Slip(s) button. The Preview Invoice will show only 1 Packing Slip and is not recommended when the desire is to review multiple packing slips. |

Annual Sales Report by Size | This annual summary report shows Sales data for Coffees and Roasts imported from QuickBooks. The report shows Bags Sold and the total lbs these bags represent. In order for this data to be accurate over time it is necessary to minimize changes in QuickBooks as this data relys on data imported from QuickBooks. If a change is made in QuickBooks, then that Invoice needs to be re-imported into CoffeeRoaster. When making changes in QuickBooks to existing orders, do not delete rows, but instead, if the customer no longer wants the item, change the quantity to 0. |
