Aspire Computer Solutions, otherwise known as
Aspire,
provides custom database solutions for small to medium sized businesses
based on core Microsoft database technologies. Current Products are the
CoffeeRoaster application (beginning Fall 2008) for wholesale Coffee
Roasting operations and the FishWare application (beginning August 2009) for
Fishing Lodges and Guide Services. The CoffeeRoaster Production Module is
able to connect to QuickBooks Desktop software through an ODBC interface to
manage Coffee Roasting, Roast Logs, Coffee Bagging, Green Bean and Roasted product inventories.
Aspire also provides on site computer
solutions and repairs for small and medium sized business's in the Four
Corners area.
Database/Solutuion Custom Services - Aspire services
include custom relational database application design using core Microsoft
database technologies including Microsoft Access. Aspire has been a
Microsoft Access Developer since 2008 and a Microsoft Office Developer since
2000. Custom database solutions are designed to solve specific business
challenges in a software product that is intuitive, simple to operate and
effective in addressing your specific business challenges.
On Site Computer/Software Repairs - In the coverage area Aspire provides on
site computer repairs, software updates, software installation and
configuration, business and home networking, computer security consulting
and Operator training.
Wireless Solutions for Business - indoor and outdoor wireless
networking including Motels and RV Parks involving multiple customer Access
Points. Aspire features 2 Custom Database business solutions, CoffeeRoaster
Software and FishWare Software.

CoffeeRoaster Software - 10 Year
Anniversary December 2018
The CoffeeRoaster Software application was started in fall of 2008 with a local Wholesale Coffee Roaster (Desert Sun Coffee) to manage wholesale Coffee Production based on Sales Orders created in
QuickBooks. Initial CoffeeRoaster Software was delivered in late 2008 and began production in January of 2009. Since its early days, new technologies and Modules have been brought into CoffeeRoaster based on customer suggestions from across the country. Today CoffeeRoaster is a much more capable product than it was in its early phases, but still retains the ability to effectively manage production expense, Coffee inventories, Roast Logs and Green Bean levels.
FishWare Software - 10 Year Anniversary
August 2019
FishWare began in early 2009 at the request of a local Fishing Lodge (Soaring Eagle Lodge) on the San Juan River. After reviewing the availabale applications for managing this type of business, we decided to create our own solution based on 'Calendar' technologies. FishWare software was delivered in August of 2009 and has been in use managing Guest Lodging Reservations, Meals, Housekeeping, Fishing Guides and Lodge Staff since then. As with CoffeeRoaster, new capabilities have been added as we learned how to better manage the activities of the lodge. Today, the application has matured into a powerful 'Big Picture'
tool allowing the Lodge to effectively manage Guests, Meals, Housekeeping, Guides and Staff.
Microsoft Office and Microsoft Access Developer
Aspire began in 2007, however, Microsoft Office development and Microsoft
Access development began in 4th Quarter 1999. I have worked
continually with
Microsoft Access since 1995.
