The weekly meals calendar will make
planning guest meal counts and purchasing food easy
for your staff. The calendar displays meal counts
for each Breakfast, Lunch, Appetizer and Dinner meal
including a heavy red border to indicate that 1 or
more guests has special meal needs such as allergies
or food preferences. The meals calendar also
supports special occasions such as Guest Birthdays,
Anniversaries and Holidays making it easy for the
chef to prepare special meals or cakes.

meal have allergies or special meal
preferences, the Chef has access to
individual customer records for each meal so
that he/she can be aware of special needs.
Images above the Dinner content indicate
special events such as
Anniversaries, Birthdays and Holidays. Guest
counts are shown for each meal allowing the
chef to purchase the right amount of food
ahead of time and prepare the correct amount
of food for each meal.
